Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Before buying everything is fine. They answer your questions and they tell you there is a 5 year warranty. Then you make an order and the mess starts. There are some changes accepted for the both of us, but they are not listed on the order. So I get the bike with wrong items. When i contact them first they don't accept the mistake and finally they say they are going to send me the missing items if I make a new order in a future.
But the worst is that the seatpost slips. When I ask them about it they say I should find and buy and antislip agent. I ask them again if I will be able to guard the seatpost and I also tell them that selling "new" things that don't work properly is not good. I also ask them and about the warranty they mentioned befire buying the bike. They don't answer. Actually, they don't answer anymore.
So if i would knew that, I would have NEVER bought it.
Update: they offer me to buy or get an aluminium seatpost. At least they answered me

Received two weeks after purchase in Perfect conditions. First ride today. An real pleasure. Ultra Light, superb... I highly recommand it.
