Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The bike in the box arrived in Spain, to my door. I assembled it and rode without any additional adjustments, only pumped up the wheels. I found the seat uncomfortable, so I replaced it with a decathlon seat. Otherwise, everything is fine.

It is 6 months I'm riding this bike and I am fully satisfied!
Since I'm a big & heavy guy I had an issue with the pedals that was GREATLY resolved by the customer service.

Stunning little bike, exceeded all my expectations and head turning colour too. Just over 8 kilos and gears as smooth as butter. Use it for short commutes and to keep in my campervan.

本家Tラインが外装4速で85.2万円。少し重いけど9速で14.9万円。カラクルsと迷いましたが、S9が軽くて安く、折りたたみが楽そうなので決めました。ペダル抜きで約8.5㎏。ディレイラーはSORA、シフターはALTUS。サドルとシートポスト、ハンドルバーはカーボン製。サドルは細かいメッシュの二重構造でやや固い。ワイドな外装９速（内装は重い上に、出先でのパンクが心配)、フロント53t、リア11～32tで推定GD値は約2.2～6.3m。登りには強いが、トップはダホンK3と同程度で、スピード派には物足りないですが、クランクが50tのTラインよりも速いはずです。開放された3つ折りの特許は、ハンドルとサドルの距離が普通の自転車なみにあり(2つ折りの20ｲﾝﾁに勝る）、やはり素晴らしく、折りたたむとK3並みのコンパクトさ。8kg台の軽さは輪行には正義です。ロー側のギアレシオは潤沢ですが、クランク53tでは速さが物足らず、56tのチェーンリングの換装に挑戦。しかし、BB軸からアームがのびるLitepro特有のチェーンテンショナー(折りたたみ時に機能）のピンと、チェーンとの間が狭く(3枚目の写真）、56tでは干渉します。そこでピンを外し、M6のボルト(4枚目写真。長さ25㎜に、筒状の15㎜のスペーサーでネジ部を包み、先端をロックナットで蓋）に付け替え、見事クリアしました。換装したチェーンリングはデフォルトと同じシリーズ(歯の外側にチェーンガードがつくタイプ）のlitepro製ならチェーンラインも狂わず、全速問題なく変速できました。GD値はトップ6.6m、ロー2.26mに。因みに20インチのカラクルs（約6.8m）に迫ります。本家のM6L（2×3=6速がトップ8m弱）には及びませんが、本家Tライン(約5.9m）よりかなり速いです。

かぼちゃ毛1231さんのレビューを読んで思い切って購入しました。サイクルモードで以前BROMPTON T Lineに試乗してから、超軽量の三つ折りミニベロがずっと欲しかったのですが、愛着あるDAHON K3を売って、ようやくこのLITEPRO S9をAmazonで購入しました。シルバーはアルミの地色と同じなので傷付いても目立たないのがいいですね。輪行にはホントに軽さは正義だと思います。DAHON K3は本当に楽しい自転車でした。でもトップギアやスポークが壊れて、交換部品が来るまで半年待たされたこともありました。LITEPRO S9は15万9000円で重量はペダルなしで8.5kg。ペダル付けて8.8kgだそうなので、BROMPTON T Lineの12速explorerとほぼ同じ重さですね。変速はshimanoのSORAで9速。サイズはT Lineが高さ595mm、幅600mm、奥行き310mm。一般モデルが高さ585mm、長さ565mm、幅270mm。LITEPRO S9は高さ600mm、幅585mm、奥行き330mm。幅がやや大きい。ディレーラーが低い位置にあるので走行時は要注意。段差は怖いです。aliexpressなら送料込みで14万円くらいで安いけど、高い買い物だしトラブルも怖いのでAmazonのLITEPRO公式ストアで買いました。ほとんどのパーツがaliexpressや英語版のLITEPRO公式ストアなどで手に入りますし、もっと軽量のチタンパーツもたくさんありました。その気になればフルチタン化も可能なほどです。ディレーラーもshimanoなので、トラブル時はその辺のサイクルあさひでも修理可能でしょう。パンクしてもクイックですぐホイールが外せます。それにしてもこの手は沼ですね。すでに十数個カスタムパーツ買って、欲しいものリストにチタンパーツがてんこ盛りで並んでます😅ブランドにこだわりがないので、カスタムパーツはLITEPROロゴ入りの互換パーツでできるだけ揃えました。恐ろしく種類が豊富です。かえって「本家と違うよ」アピールしたほうが盗まれにくそうだし。ちなみにBROMPTON T Lineの香港製クローンも見つけました。aliexpressで送料込みで17万6000円くらいで7.95kg。人気で完売続出で今も在庫薄らしいです。細かいところの再現が絶妙で、ロゴないとTラインと見分けがつきません。FACEBOOKに詳しいスペックが載ってました。ACEOFFIX T1/C5 7.96KG Tri Fold Aluminum Alloy Frame, Fork & Stem Carbon Handlebar and Saddle Full CNC components
